1. How can I get a Catalog & Price List?

Please submit your request directly with our in-house sales rep at sales@newrayusa.com

Catalogs will only be sent to distributors or retailers.  You must furnish us with your business permit or re-sellers permit.

2. Where can I purchase New-Ray products?
You can find certain items in our U.S. major retailers such as Wal-Mart, Toys R' Us, KayBee, JcPenny's, Tractor Supply and among others. All motorcycle related products can be found at a motorcycle dealer near you.

3. What is New-Ray's minimum order?
The minimum is $1,000.00 USD opening order and all merchandises are sold in case packs (No-loose pieces).

4. What are New-Ray's Return Policy?
a) All return shipment must be pre-approved and included Return Authorization Number.
b) Shortage Claims are to be made within (5) days of 'Receipt of Orders'.
c) Claims made after (30) Days of (Date of Invoice) will not be acknowledged.

5. Can I order items online?
No, merchandise cannot be purchased online. We wholesale & distribute our products through major wholesalers and national retailers.

6. How much do I need buy in order to qualify for discounts?
